Frequently asked questions

Common questions about engagements, discovery, working hours and data protection at Reach Spark.

How is a brand communications engagement structured at Reach Spark?

Every engagement begins with a structured discovery conversation where we map your positioning, audience segments and channel landscape. From there we build a narrative architecture — message hierarchy, brand voice guidelines and a campaign architecture suited to your launch or ongoing programme. Creative direction and content systems follow a clear cadence: weekly studio reviews for retainers, milestone gates for sprints and projects. We work in Singapore Standard Time with APAC teams, and each proposal outlines deliverables, timelines and engagement models — retainer, sprint or project — before work begins.

How long does a typical positioning sprint take?

Most positioning sprints run three to four weeks from kickoff to framework delivery, with two milestone reviews. Timeline adjusts for stakeholder availability across Singapore and APAC time zones. We confirm dates in your proposal before work begins.

Who do you work with?

Marketing leads, founders and brand managers at Singapore companies and regional scale-ups — typically teams preparing launches, refreshes or narrative realignments. We also support professional services firms needing clearer brand communications architecture.

How does discovery work?

Discovery begins with a structured conversation: your audience segments, current message hierarchy, channel landscape and launch constraints. We follow with a brief intake document and recommended engagement model — retainer, sprint or project — with deliverables outlined in writing.

What does a campaign architecture deliverable include?

A campaign architecture package typically contains channel mix recommendations, story arc mapping, milestone gates, content system outlines and creative direction checkpoints. It is methodological documentation your team executes — described in qualitative terms without numeric outcome claims.

What are your working hours and timezone?

Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 Singapore Time (SGT). Studio sessions on Duxton Road and video reviews are scheduled within these hours unless a retainer agreement specifies extended coverage for APAC communications stakeholders.

How do you handle personal data under PDPA?

Contact-form data is used only to respond to your enquiry and maintain reasonable records. Optional analytics cookies require consent via the cookie banner. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy; data requests go to [email protected].

How are proposals scoped?

After discovery we send a written proposal listing engagement model, deliverables, timeline, studio cadence and commercial terms discussed privately — never published on this site. You approve scope before work starts; change requests are handled through a brief change note process.

Do you work with agencies of record?

Yes. We often partner with media and design agencies as narrative architecture and creative direction specialists. We can join your existing agency roster for sprint engagements or retainer counsel without replacing incumbent partners — our deliverables slot into your launch plan as message hierarchy docs, campaign architecture boards and review sessions.

What industries do you focus on?

We work across categories common to Singapore and APAC scale-ups — technology, consumer goods, professional services and regulated sectors where careful language matters. Industry experience informs our positioning framework questions; we do not rely on sector templates that ignore your specific audience segmentation.
